What We Do

Our mission is to craft beers that are both interesting and innovative, with a respectful nod to the ancient and classic styles that have defined our region for generations. While our award-winning stout range and stellar IPAs form the cornerstone of our core lineup, it is our emerging sour program that sets us apart. The Púca Sour Range, known for its tart, effervescent mixed fermentation flavours, has captured the imagination of adventurous beer enthusiasts. This range is complemented by the Heather Sour, Apple Sour, and a variety of special and collaborative sours crafted along the way.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We’ve teamed up with breweries from across the globe, creating groundbreaking beers that showcase the power of shared creativity and passion in the craft brewing community.
